can Magnetic Ressanance cause small nerve neuropathies?

by Filipe35, Nov 10, 2009 11:16AM
hi!I did a normal MRI (não contrast used) 3 months ago, at 22h. After it I went to bed and woke up at 6 AM with a bruning sensation and loads of marks/wrinkles on my back skin (the burning was even in my genitals). I still have this burning sensation, although it is getting better now  (I've got no desiese and no aparente cause for have neuropathic pain). Do you think that the MRI exam could somehow damage small nerve fibers? Is it why some people say theyl a heat sensation?

thank you :)
