Thanks for using the forum. I am happy to address your questions, and my answer will be based on the information you provided here. Please make sure you recognize that this forum is for educational purposes only, and it does not substitute for a formal office visit with a doctor.

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

I am not sure what you mean by good days and bad days. Are you depressed? Do you have a sensory or motor problem?

Everyone has ups and downs with life. Some people are able to cope with the lows better than others. For those who have difficulties with lows (more than usual, inability to cope, loss of energy/interest, difficulty with sleeping, etc), it may be a psychiatric/psychological disorder. However, if you have motor/sensory problems, etc, you may have a neurological disorder.

I suggest you determine what you mean by ups and downs. You should then discuss your symptoms/concerns with your primary physician.

Thank you for this opportunity to answer your questions, I hope you find the information I have provided useful, good luck.
