can rls cause paralysis

can rls caus paralysis? i was diagnosed with idiopathic transverse myelitis. i did suffer from rls before i went into sudden paralysis is there any study showing signs of strokes or paralysis. i am paralize from the waist down T7 asia b. and they have no idea what caused it i have been through all the test.

Hello.

There is no correlation of RLS and transverse myelitis or paraplegia. You will have to search for other causes.

There are reports or transverse myelitis without a known cause, but RLS is not one of the causes.

Did you have any infections before this?
