can some one help me understand my mri

L2/L3 mild degenerative faucet changes same in L3/L4  L4/L5 decreased height intervertabral disc with disc desiccation and central disc protruion witch causes moderate spinal canal stenosis with mild bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing,moderate degenerate facet changes L4/L5 if some one can help me understand what this means it would be a great help thank you so much
