I can't feel hungriness, tiredness, pain sense due to toxic effect of b6 vitamin. can stem cell transplant heal my perifeal nerves?

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

Stem-cell replacement therapy is a potential future treatment for neuropathies, but is still under active investigation, and is still a fairly new field of medicine.  The way they work is that they help rebuild the affected neural tissue with new neurons.  Unfortunately, no one is doing it yet on a consistent basis yet and it is still considered an experimental procedure with also ethical implications.  While there are a few case studies of possible improvement, we may still have to wait until it is actually approved by the FDA.
