Dr Rajgopal,

Can you please advice on my health conditions.

I have muscle pains around the head and discomfort in the head.
Also fatigue and trouble to speak.some times i can see twitching of above the upper lip.
I am 39 yrs old male,hypothyroid and fyabromyalgia patient.
2 yrs ago MRI done and came normal.

What can be the reassons for my current problems ?

I am a hypothyroid and fyabomyalgia patient,i have muscle pains in the head since 5 weeks,that making me pain if i touch/press the head.

Also i have discomfort inside the head.

What can the reason for my problems ?

Hi,
There could be many causes of stabbing pain in the head. Some of them are- Migraines, cluster headaches, ice pick headaches, occipital neuralgia, pain from brain tumour  and many others. MRI of the brain must be done and a neurologist must be consulted in case of such headaches. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
