is severe tooth pain normal during cerebral angiogram? if not, what could this mean?

Cerebral angiography is used to detect aneurysms, blood clots, and other vascular irregularities in the brain.

Patients frequently experience headache, warmth, or a burning sensation in the head or neck during the injection portion of the procedure.

Usually tooth ache is not observed.

But there could be some referred pain  ( Referred pain is a very unpleasant sensation localized to an area separate from the site of the causative injury or other painful stimulation. Often, referred pain arises when a nerve is compressed or damaged at or near its origin. In this circumstance, the sensation of pain will generally be felt in the territory that the nerve serves, even though the damage originates elsewhere)

Or there could be some problem in the tooth only.
