cerebral gangleonic brain hammerage

My Father had brain hammerage 2 year back, He is 65 year old.
Bur hole was done after 15 days of attack ( Brain Hamerage).
Then he recovered completely with paralysis in right hand & right leg. He is not having clear speech.
We are giving him following medicines.
1. Coversil Plus
2. Tab. Eptoin 100 mg
3. Folic Acid 5 mg.
4. Metilda 500 mg.
And regularly physeotherapy.
Presently we are not finding any improvement in right hand which is becoming more heavy day by day.
Also there is no improvement in Speach.
Kindly suggest whether any medicine will help.
