cerebral hemorrhage

  Dear Doctor
I am inquiring about certain toxins, such as sodium wafran, that would induce a cerebral hemorrhage in the brain stem.  There were no found symptoms that occurred in a death, the only evidence found was one immediate large bloody bowel.  we have no other evidence to prove that this was not the cause of death, could you please send any information of any toxins that would cause this to happen.
  thank you

Dear Sir:
Warfarin Sodium is not a toxin but rather a well established and proven
medication that is used to treat many people who require blood thinning
for a variety of reasons. Obviously, one of the complications of blood
thinners can be the potential to have bleeding not just in the brain
but anywhere in the body. The only way to prove that there was a bleed in
the brain is to have an autopsy performed. I hope this helps
Good Luck!
