cerebral hemorrhage

Dear Doctor
I am inquiring about certain toxins, such as sodium wafran, that would induce a cerebral hemorrhage in the brain stem.  There were no found symptoms that occurred in a death, the only evidence found was one immediate large bloody bowel.  we have no other evidence to prove that this was not the cause of death, could you please send any information of any toxins that would cause this to happen.
