Bleeding disorders
Borderline personality disorder
Bulimia
Chronic motor tic disorder and EMGs at an academic neurology department near you to look for the possibility of an active
nerveNerve biopsy
Nerve conduction velocity root
compressionCompression of the median nerve
Cpr - adult
Cpr - child (1 to 8 years old)
Cpr - infant, which may potentially require specific local measures (mainly surgery).
2. If evaluation 1. is a negative or shows insignificant root involvement, consider getting an evaluation and treatment from a chronic pain management program. It often helps.
Good luck.
