Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

Since I am a neurologist and not trained in cervical complications, I am unable to adquately answer your question. It would be best posted in a gynecology/obstetrics forum. If re-posted, you should provide more information such as any prior trauma to the cervix, your age (i.e., how close to menopause are you), and prior workup. How did you find out your “cervix is high and hard”?
