chairi decompression and botox

My 19 year old developmentally delayed daughter recently underwent chairi decompression surgery, twice in the past 8 months.  She had a large syrinx which is now gone.  She spent almost a month in the hospital and has lost much of her strength and conditioning.  We are working through a lot of physical, and occupational therapy to help her get back to her baseline.  She cannot lift her arms over her head, or really even shoulder height for that matter, and has NO neck rotation in any direction.  We have tried, acupuncture and massage as well.  We are now considering Botox injections. Looking for information or advice on this.
