child hearing music

My child became suddenly ill a year ago, multiple tests have shown nothing.  The school guidance counselor say it is anxiety.  She has IBS symptoms and we have been treating those but just last night said she hears a type of flute music, same tune, everytime I leave the room.  This is a straight A and A+ child, sensitive and kind and has never told a story, actually neither of us will even be friends with folks who gossip or lie.  Should I mention this to her doctor?  I'm not sure that she has been checked for Lyme's disease, either.

Hello.

Any symptom that you may feel important or not so important, should be told to the doctor. This music could be a repetitive thought in her mind, which she does not know how to describe.
