chronic back pain and chest pain

Hi, I got hurt on the job in 1997 every since i hurt my back on the job i have been having low back pain neck pain and shoulder pain I also have chest pain on and off. I got lab results back that show my sedimentation rate - westergren as a high of 26 also my C-reative protein,quant a high of 7.7 my platlets are a little low at 135. I also have sore breasts sometimes. I am being reffered to a neurologist. I have alot of inflamation (inflammation).  sometimes my feet hurt when i first get out of bed. I went to the Er for chest pains at first they thought I had blood clots in my lungs but the cat scan was negative for that. If anyone knows anything about these symptons could you please let me know i would sure like to know what this could be.
