chronic haze

I have had vertigo for over a month now, on top of that i feel dizzy and lightheaded all the time my vision is blurred my whole life has just stopped, unable to drive or even go to store, extreme anxiety has set in. I have had chest pains shallow breathing all tests so far look fine. not sure what to do. I think the chest pains might be anxiety. where should I go from here, I am beginning to think im crazy

What drs have u seen for this?...I would suggest a neurologist or neurosurgeon....he/she will know from ur symptoms what testing to conduct.
