chronic headaches

I have chronic headache since i was 15 I am 33 now. My dr told me if the get to sever go to the hospital and they wil give me a shot to ease the pain. The sever HA started out about 3 to 4 times a year now the have went to every day  and waking  me at night. My dr says it is stress and panic attack related. I have missed work several time becaus of these chronic HA. I am currently on Fioricet for HA and xanax and paroxrtine for anxiety and panic attacks. I have my wisdom teeth pulled because i was told this would help. I have had Ct scans and MRIs done that has came up clear.  
I have been to a chiro didn,t help. I am an told this is all stress related, but i don't fell stressed. Any suggestions?
