Acommpianed by intermitent pain in urethra and inability to sustain erection, diffuclty ejaculating with painful ejaculation, pain in scrotum (closely related to a burning itching feeling.  This all began with what I thought was a prostate infection...I'v had several over the past twenty years.  PSA is normal.  Pelvic, lumbar, and cervical MRIs AND prostate MRI all negative except ALL show prostatitis.  Please let me know if this corresponds to any recent discoveries, i.e. syndroms (syndromes) accompianing prostate disease or any treatments or studies which may provide further answers.  Thank you.
