I started taking cialis 10 mg 1 week ago and I have also started getting severe muscle crumps to a point were ifeel like quiting taking it. I was on viagra 25 mg but its effect on my eyes was too much. I am thinking of trying herbal suppliment, I am 35 recently diagonised with ED. What herbal supp. should i go for?

Hi yin202,

Unfortunately, one of the side effects from Cialis is myalgia (muscle cramps, pain, weakness).  We typically do not recommend herbal supplementation as it is not regulated by FDA.  In other words, we do not know the full effect of the medications, including its side effects and medication interaction.  Also, the ingredient in herbal supplements are not standardized.  Therefore, some harmful ingredients maybe included.  

I would recommend you to see Urology specialist for questions about ED medications.
