Hi there. Cold feet can be due to the weather, stress, emotional disturbance, frostbite, hypothyroidism, peripheral neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease and raynaud’s phenomenon.
The foot may be cod, numb and like a block of wood, there is a risk of injury due to blunted sensations. Certain blood tests to check the clot formation ability of blood, certain cryoglobulins, thyroid scan, xray feet and bone scan to check the extent of damage to the  bone may be required. Treatment may include avoiding cold exposure, over the counter analgesics, limb elevation and drugs that cause vessels to relax in raynaud’s disease. Consult with a rheumatologist soon. Take care
