compressed nerve? something else?

Yesterday I  had a sudden wave of tingling (funny bone feeling) on the left side of my head. It lasted 5 or 6 seconds and went away. I'm 26 and otherwise pretty healthy. I have been under alot of stress lately and just had a cup of coffee. Should I be worried? Thank you. .

Hi there!

If this was a single episode, I would not suspect this to be anything to worry about. If the episode repeats or there are associated symptoms I would suggest consulting an internist to evaluated for possible conditions such as vasculitis, neuralgias etc and for appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
