concerns about my 12 year old daughter- eyes rolling, just started weeks ago

my daughter just recently started blinking her eyes and at times rolling them and they go up and back, she says nothing hurts and we have taken her in and have a CT done, came back negative. they think its a nervous TIC. she does take medicine for allergies, they also think it maybe related to that. It is now getting worse when other people are noticing it and it then it makes her upset. ANY SUGGESTIONS?  I want to take her in to a specialist... but what type? please help.. all the blinking does not stop her functionality...she is very smart and alert during this time.

i recommend that you take her to see an eye specialist (not that hard to figure out). You should also ask her if she sees well. This is very abnormal, especially if she cannot control it. I worry she might sever the optic nerve and become blind, so try to get this problem fixed in any way you can.
