when my doctor told me i had a concussion, i just thought i would be out a few weeks but then after a month i still had concussion symptoms mostly dizzyness, blurredVision problems vision and a constant spaced out feelings through the whole day. so i went to get CT scan, when the results came back it showed nothing..... can this be a case of post concussion syndrome? or what?
You are correctCorrect (new formula) in suspecting a post concussion syndrome. Sometimes, the symptoms can even persist for 3 months or more. Find below a link, which provides helpful information on it.
Hope you have gone through the link. Sometimes, the radiologic findings and the severity or intensity of symptoms do not go hand in hand. So, your MRI can show no findings and still symptoms can be there. In your case, in all probabilty they will go away with time.
i read and the link and it was very helpful thanks =] , but does post concussion syndrome mean that my concussion is gone and im just still having the symptoms?

Yes, as far as concussion is concerned, it has heeled but return of normal functioning of brain takes so time.
