You should discuss your symptoms with your doctor or consultant.

As you are still having a hearing problem, ask your doctor to refer you to a specialist that deals with the ears, nose and throat.

When you break a bone it can taken approximately 6 weeks to heal if there are no complications.  When you had your bike accident, you sustained shock to the brain and possible fracture to the scull.

It can take many months before you start to feel normal again (if there is no damage).  So take things easy.

My son sustained severe concussion from falling off his bike at the age of 9 and again later on in his life from being beaten by supposedly people who should uphold the law.  He kept getting blackouts of memory that lasted for a few months.    It took him many months before he began to feel well.

If you experience headaches and vision problems, go to the hospital straight away.

Any concerns you have, you should speak with your doctor.

O,K, I didn't mean to criticize. Did you have an MRA? An MRA is more effective in determining potential bleeding. Basically the drill is "watchful waiting".

You should have gone to an emergency room and you most likely wouldn't have any of the problems you are having now. There is a window of opportunity to reduce swelling and stop bleeding (if that is taking place)  and you missed it. Have you had an MRI? Light sensitivity often (not always) indicates bleeding in the brain, which is in addition to the concussion. More bad news. You will probably have problems from neck pain about another six months down the line. Basically it's watchful waiting, but you really need an MRI and an MRA. I hope things work out alright.
