confused, looking for answers

i woke up one morning dizzy, weak, tired, achy, delt with it for a day the next day woke up same way  called the doc and got an apt for that morning. My PCP sent me to an ENT who sent me to a neurosurgeon who sent me back to my ENT who then sent me to see a neurologist. I couldnt understand why i was being sent to my ENT my ears did not bother me at all.

I've gone through blood work, hearing test, a VNG (specialized hearing/dizzy) test, then sent for an MRI
The VNG test showed no issues with the inner ear, but the hearing test show SLIGHT hearing loss in right ear which was determined to NOT be the cause of the dizzyness,  first MRI result was Chiari 1 Malformation and I was sent to see a neurosurgeon, they ordered a Flow scan MRI (I will call MRI #2) MRI#2 showed yes i do have chiari but thats not what is causing the problems...(below are both MRI results) I also had 2 different blood panels done 1 showed increaded white blood cells, and panel #2 i havent heard anything about.

For the last month i have had ALL of these symptoms below
head pain pressure like, pain in the neck, tingling arms (especially left), back pain in middle of back between shoulders,  pain in left leg near knee (for the first week & occasionally throughout.),speech impaired (especially in the beginning), occasional eye pressure type pain, occasional eye blurriness and visual colors, dizziness, tremors mainly from mid back to head, popping in ears, occasional complete facial pains especially around eyes, stiff shoulders, VERY tired, weak feeling/achy joints(knees and elbows), cold, unable to raise and lower head as well as look left or right without getting dizzy. Occasional feeling like I need to pee after going.  and recently sun will send a shooting pain in one or both eyes.

MRI 1
findings: Cerebellar tonsils are low lying extending 5 mm inferior to the foramen magum. There is no hydrocephalus or mass effect. Several small foci of increasted T2 and FLAIR singal are present in the left frontal white matter. Flow voids are present in the internal carotid and basilar arteries. brainstem is normal. Internal auditory canals and visualized inner ear structures are normal and symmetric in appearance. there is no abnormal enhancing mass. orbits are normal. there is mild mucosal thickening in the ethmoid sinuses. there is decreased T1 singal intensity in the bone marrow of the cervical spine.
Impression:
1.low lyinhgcerebellar tonsils, extend 5mm inferior to the foramen magnum this finding is consistent with Chirai 1 malformation
2.No cerebral infarction, mass lesion or hemorrhage
3.Mild ethmoid sinus mucosal thiskening
4.several small foci of increased T2 and FLAIR signal in the left frontal white matter, may be related to mirgrain headaches or may represent gliosis due to prior injury
5.decreased T1 signal involving bone marrow of the cervical spine, may represent expanded red marrow related to anemia (blood work panel #1 showed no anemia)

MRI#2
REPORT:
head MRI: Chiari 1 malformation whith inferior displacement and tapering of the cerebellar tonsils which extend to the superior margins of the posterior arch of C1. Fourth, Third, and laterla ventricles are normal size. A couple of small non specific foci of gliosis in th eleft frontal white matter unchanged compaired to MR!#1. Incidental partially empty sella. Mild membrane thickening in the posterior ethmoid air cells which are unchanged. Intraorbital contents normal.

CSF flow study: Normal bidrectional flow seen in the subarachnoid space anterior to the brain stem and upper cervical cord. Lack of bidirectional flow along the posterior margins of the verebellar tonsils. Normal bidirectional flow seen withint the fourth ventricle and foramen of Magendie.
1 chiari 1 malformation with normal directional CSF pulsation seen anterior to the craniovertebral junction and within the midline outlet of four ventricle. Lack of normal bidirectional flow along the posterior margin of the cerebellar tonsils.
2. fourth, third and lateral ventricles normal size.
3 a couple of non specific foci and gliosis in the left frontal white matter
4. no evidence of an intracollicular CP angle lesion
5 MRI of head is unchanged compared to *MRI #1*

OK so could someone explain what this all means? Please

At my last visit with my ENT she casually mentioned something about MS? is this the sign of MS?
I am not one to look and thing I HAVE THAT but my husband did look at the symptoms of MS and most of my problems sure seem to fit that diagnosis or is it something else.  BTW this all started March 1st I am a 40 yr old female, since then I have been "coping"

Thank you!
