constant headaches, dizzy and scalp pain

I have been suffering from headaches for years - I have sinus disease and have had one surgery for that already (about a year ago). Over the past 8 months, I have been sufffering from headaches with scalp pain. My scalp is tender to the touch and often have throbbing or shooting pain in the rear top of my head. All my MRIs, CAT scans, EEGs, blood work are fine. My ENT dr thinks it is related to my inflammed sinuses or slight case of TMJ. It's just such an unsettling feeling - lots of pressure and sore sensation. I often feel bump-like pimples on my scalp that are painful. I wind up scratching them and eventually they go away. Also, I have bouts of dizziness, sometimes where I feel like I can't walk straight or shouldn't drive. I have been treated for anxiety in the past, but none of my previous symptoms were like this. I'm happy there doesn't seem to be anything "WRONG" as far as all the tests go, but I have all these symptoms and no answers.

I too get constant head/scalp pain with headaches.It sometimes comes in sharp prickly pain or just real pain and this happens especially when i am stressed out or when i have a new hair do,i also get throbing of my head area.
I was also diagnosed with panic attacks 5 years ago and if i recall this started around the same time as my panic attacks.It bothers me.I just really hope all is well with me.
