constant headpain for 10 months

I have had a constant headpain everyday for 10 months now. It started last May, and I've had one every single day since then. It starts almost soon as soon as i wake up, and doesn't stop until I go to bed. At first it felt like pressure behind my eyes and forehead, but now its all over, including my temple regions, top of the head, sides, and top of the beck/back of the head. The pain is about a 5 out of 10, and is all the time. It makes concentration difficult, and feels like a throbbing sensation. Other times it feels like a sharp stabbing sensation.
I have seen one neurologist who said it was tension headaches, and perscribed me noritripyline. This started in August. It did not work however, so he moved up my dosage to 25 mg. After a few months of this, I moved up to 50, and then to 75. Recently(Last week) I have seen a different neurologist who perscribed me topomax (topamax) 25mg.

I have gotten both an MRI and an upper lubar pucture done, both came back negative. I have always considered myself a high-stress person, but there is no recent change in stress levels. Last summer I was perscribed predizone because the pain became so incredible I could not make it out of bed. I am a very active person, I lift weights and do cardio, I practice yoga,I stretch daily, I eat very healthy, I've recently tried acupuncture, with little sucess. I'm currently a student in college, so I drink on a social basis. I smoke marijuanana occasically. I've been going to therapy for 2 months now as well.

I tried various home remedies as well, all with no sucess. Please, I just want my life back. I just want to be able to wake up in the morning and not dread the coming headache. If there are any answers/reccamendations for me, please contact me here, or my e-mail address at ***@****. Thank you
