constant rectal pressure

my dad is 74 year old had suffered constant rectal pressure last two years, he had the hemorriod prolase procedure about 6 weeks ago. his anal sphincter muscles are tight and prostate little enlarge. he went through a lot tests and see a lot of doctors found no help. he felt pressure and urge bowel movement constantly. even coughing , sometime with movement his body can caused the pressure. he had seem rectal surgery, neuro urology, biofeedback, accupuncture, and GI doctors with no help. he spend most the day on the bed. can anyone help him? any suggestion to see what doctor? URGENT.
