could this be regrowth?

I had a benign tumour removed in May of this year. At first I improved daily. Now some of my old symptoms have returned. Tingleing in both feet, numbness in both forearms, tingleing in both hands mostly pinkies ring and middle fingers. Headaches that never go away but improve to a level I can tolerate. The bowel and bladder problems I had thankfully haven,t returned yet! ( forgot to say tumour was in cervical spine c4 c6) At first I was given MRI as Neuro thought MS so was surprised when they found tumour. The memory problems are back with a vengance but I think they are due to the stress of worry. My questions are ; How quicly would a tumour like mine regrow? Were there in fact maybe more than one and it was possibley missed? Or given I now have a"new" symptom of blurry vision and sometims slightly double vision , should we be looking at MS again? My neuro appointment isn't until November so ANY advice would be great . Thankyou for your time  ANNE

The type of tumor that you had is essential information. Unfortunately, as there are many types of tumors that can be in or around the spinal cord, all with different prognoses and recurrence rates, I cannot make any kind of accurate comment without knowing the kind of tumor that you had.

As for the headache and visual symptoms, an MRI of the brain may be helpful if not already done in the MS workup. If the visual symptoms are new, consider starting with an eye doctor to make sure it's not a primary eye problem. If the symptoms worsen, certainly call you neurologist and see him/her on a more urgent basis as needed. Good luck.
