Hi, how old are you? Any history  of diabetes or hypertension? Causes could be neuropathy, TIA, anxiety, hypokalemia(low potassium levels), vitamin B deficiency, thyroid disorder etc.

Try a course of vitamin B, and get your Hemoglobin levels done along with peripheral smear.
