cranial burning sensation

I am a 30 year old female and I have been getting a burning sentation & pressure on my scalp/cranium/head. To be more specific, it's mainly like a line that runs on the  right side & top mid to back right & sometimes runs all the way to the mid back of the head. Along with buring I get sense of pressure.  I'm constantly messaging the top and sides of my head to try to relieve the pressure. (i'm feeling like a dent on the back top right corner where I feel most of the burning. I'm so concerned cause it's getting worse.  The pressure is as if I have had two tight pony tails on the top corners of my head.  I also see some thinnng & lose of the hair and notice that where the burning  line runs the hair line parts (looks like at times I have bald pots) . My general Doc thought it could be some kind of nerve virus, but went to a neurologist and they didn't know and are having me get a EEG.

I feel the exact same thing you're feeling now... only I also have heart palpitations but those came first... both have no been diagnosed yet.... it was a while ago you made this post... how'd things turn out? What was it? Are you alright?
