crazy head problems

i have been having dizzines, foogy headed, head aches for a little while now. when it starts my head hurts in different places, and my eye twitches, and sometimes my speech slows like im drunk. once i blanked out for a minute driving home , i don't remember anything. i have a hormone disorder but don't know if thats the problem . some say stress but i don't know if thats it. can anyone please help.

have u had u thyroid levels checked ?.....and a US of ur thyroid?....stress can enhance and make ur symptoms worse.I would also check vitamin and mineral levels.

update after u see the dr.

they are checking my hormone levels now and i think my blood chemistry. plus i am getting head mri on tues. i was wondering if it was my thyroid because when i swallow i feel a lump in my throat but i did not know thyroid could cause that

it can and does....I have that problem....it is like having a constant sore throat too!
I have several nodules....I can not stand anything up around my throat...like a turtleneck.
my dr said my thyroid labs were "normal", but the ulta sound reveled the nodules.

I also haad the barium swallow study done also.

i'll let you know what they find. i have cushing syndrome so hopefully it is a hormone problem. my thyroid stay barely normal on the low side of normal . my cortisol is usually high.i keep you informed. thanks
