crazy symptoms? what is this?

crazy symptoms? what is this?

Three months ago I hit my head while walking up stairs, fell, and had concussion symptoms for a week. Just as my concussion symptoms were wearing off, the next week, my right arm (elbow to fingers) went numb for 3 days. Since then I've had the following symptoms:
- pins and needles feelings in arms/hands and legs/feet, on and off, varying in intensity
- little "electric shock" feelings, infrequently
- minor muscle spasms, once in left arm, once in right thigh
- a dull ache behind my right eye that comes and goes
- occassional "sparkly" vision, with bright, whitish light, and blurriness
- problems with walking & stairs (I've fallen 3 x down stairs, not including fall described above, and fallen and scraped my knee once while walking on a ramp, and several times I've stumbled while walking, just wearing sensible shoes on a regular sidewalk)
- random "hit my funnybone" sensations, mostly in the elbow area
- weird headache, in this one spot near the top of my head, about the size of a quarter, very focal, where it "pings", in the sense that it feels like someone took a musical tuning fork, whacked it, and then placed the end of the tuning fork on my head. Kind of like a "hit my funny bone" feeling but more intense, where the pain hits then buzzes away slowly. Sometimes it just happens once, sometimes it comes and goes in intervals, for example once it happened every few minutes for an hour

What is this?! Blood tests for thyroid, vitamin levels (including B12 and D), blood sugars, lyme disease, CBC were all were normal. I've got an appointment next months for an EMG. How do I manage these symptoms? Is this just stress? Or something more medical? My biggest worry is that this might be MS symptoms.

Any insights would be appreciated.
