cyst symptoms

I have an arachnoid cyst on the right side of my brain. I have permanent hearing loss in my left ear. recently I have been exspearincing a heavyness on the top center part of my head. I basically feel like I'm going to pass out. I also get blurred vision in my right eye. I need to know what to do I have seen 2 specialists. and they say my cyst isn't the problem. well then what is?. please help answer my question. erica

Your symptoms could be due to migraine. Migraine can cause blurred vision and headache. Blurred vision and headache are also signs of raised intracranial pressure which can occur due to arachnoid cyst.
It is very difficult to tell without examination. Please consult your neurologist and discuss these issues in detail. You can seek a second opinion if not satisfied. Take care!
