daily eye/face pain and fatigue

I have had a condition for the past 4 years which occurs daily.  I wake up not feeling to bad, by noon I have pressure pain in the cheek and eyes-more on left, but bilateral.  As the pressure pain increases by 2-3pm peak, it makes me fatiged with tired eyes, almost like I have a flu.  I use tylenol with some help, but as it increases, even vicodin doesnt help the gnawing pain.  There is a spacy/floaty feeling that is associated with it also.  By around 9pm at night it is usully gone. I have not come across anyone with symptoms like this on the net.  The DX I was given by the neurologist was new daily headache...but Im looking for more info and pain releif.  MRI and bloodwork negative
Thanks

Start doing this pranayam and let me know how you feel after 21 days. Extra oxygen going into the blood cells will help improve your body systems, and you will notice benefits gradually. Do not give up before 4 months as it is a very gradual process.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

I have a very similar problem I am not sure what is causing it but I am worried maybe a pituatory tumar because they can press on the optic nerve??  The only thing about that is I would think that it would be constant and it is mainly during the daytime that have issues some times it turns into a horrible migrane which makes me wonder is it silent migranes?  Have you had any blood work or anything done?

Hi,
I have taken a few antibiotics to rule this out.  ENT and infectious disease Dr said Im OK.  Have been through a gamut of headache meds c my neurologist.  Mine is more like daily eyes/cheek ache.  A nagging pressure that makes me feel crummy about 8 hours a day.  I need to find an answer as quitting my job and career is not an option (also family c kids).
Any suggestions would be appreciated

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
The most common causes of facial pain are- eye infections, ear infections and sinus infections. Since your MRI scan is negative, it could not be a sinus problem. Please get a thorough eye and ear examination done by an eye and ENT surgeon respectively to know the cause of facial pain. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
