damage caused by Prolo Injection

Hi,
I suffered pain in both of my shoulders, I could not raise my arms above shoulder level and I also could not lift things even as light as a cup of coffee, I received prolo therapy in my right shoulder with great success, but when they injected my left shoulder, 8 hours after injection I experienced extreme unbearable pain (even th pain meds I was taking did not stop it). i went to the ER and they prescribed stronger pain meds. they believe the shot was injected into or too close to the nerve bundle??? anyway I returned to pain management and they injected (very painfully) cortizone which dulled the pain for a while, well the pain is back and begenning to get more and more painful by the day. It hurts worse now than it ever did. I have an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon.
My question is...will the pain ever stop? I cannot sleep through the night because the pain gets so bad. Will the damage caused by the prolo injection wear off?
