dazed vision, pressure in head

Hi hope I can get some help. im a 26yr male and for the past 2 years I have had the feeling on pressure in my head and behind my eyes and feel tired and dazed, pressure in my ears, the feelings I have described comes and goes in 3 month intervals. I have been to numerous GP which all say there is nothing wrong with me I have done few blood tests and cat scans which show normal. I have been prescribed SERC to help with the sensations I am having which is not helping. I have also been to a ear specialist which also advised me there is nothing wrong with me im really struggling with my day to day thing driving is really hard and being at working and concentrating is almost impossible. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

The assessments of your GP's, ear specialist and the negative scans may all sound reassuring, however you may need to see a specialist (neurologist) so that you can be thoroughly and completely assessed.  Sometimes, neurologic conditions are really hard to diagnose especially if the conditions are still in the early stages of development (like early MS).  Stress can also have a major impact in our lives as this is the most common reason for a chronic fatigued state, coupled with lack of sleep.  I suggest you see a specialist soon to get to the bottom of this.
