debilitating muscle weakness/cramping/twitching

Hi,

I am 22 year old female and have been suffering from what I describe as electric shock-like pain headaches only on the left side for 2-3 years. It has progressed to facial numbness on my left side as well, then occasional numbness in my extremities. I then started getting really bad muscle twitching and spasming mostly on my left side, but occasionally on my right as well. I  began getting really bad tremors in my extremities while at rest and "body tremors" or thats what they feel like.That has progressed now to extreme left sided weakness in my lower extremity and hand. I started having these cramp like pains in my calves, feet and arms now that don't really do away. It is hard to coordinate movements, climb stairs, open lids. I am also having a hard time swallowing and seem to be having difficulty with my drool collecting in my mouth. My mouth gets very fatigued.I keep being told it is just migraines without running any tests at all, then finally when I convinced a doctor to do an MRI it was normal and my neurologist isn't pointing me in much of a direction but in the past few months I have progressively been getting worse and do not know where to go from here I feel like I can barely function anymore. At the end of the day I pretty much have a hard time doing anything. I don't know what kind of doctor I should see now or what direction I should go in. If you have any advice that would be great.
