diagnosed with idiopathic sensory small fiber neuropathy and want breast implants...

I've been diagnosed with idiopathic sensory small fiber neuropathy, and I am currently taking medicine for it. As long as I take my medicine, I am not in pain. The kind of things that seem to irritate my skin are clothes that are too tight, kind of like spandex. Seams bother me, especially when I'm sleeping, but as long as I cover them up I'm fine. My condition seems a lot like fibromyalgia , but not as bad. So I'm wondering with my condition, do you think I can get breast augmentation and a lift?   I'll be getting Silicone implants that goes behind the muscle.  The surgeon thinks I'll be ok and my doctor think that I could do ok with them, just can't guarantee it.
