differential diagnosis for M.S.

differential diagnosis for M.S.

Best opinions wanted! I'm a 40 yr old female in good health. Fall 2009, had Bell's Palsy-fully resolved after a few mos. Summer 2010, few weeks of "double" vision (it was 1 1/2 the image horizontally when trying to see distance)-fully resolved.  Few weeks ago, woke up with right foot asleep; by the next day both legs numb. Saw neurologist-put on Neurontin for nerve pain. I've now had MRI of back (cervical and thoracic-with and w/out contrast), lumbar puncture, chest xray, and blood work.

Results from lumbar puncture: IgG, CSF=5.3, IgG Index, CSF=1.56, Lyme is negative, Oligoclonal Proteins CSF=bands noted "contains >5 well defined gamma restriction bands."

Results from MRI: posterior sinal cord lesion measuring 6 mm at the C6 level with enhancement, it is hypertensive on T2 and demonstrates edema on FLAIR.

Results from brain MRI done after vision issue: focal area of increased FLAIR on T2 signal within the lateral aspect of the inferior portion of the right side of the pons...Results from chest xray: no issues.  Neurologist trying to rule out M.S. but feeling like it's looking like that.  Other thoughts?  Thank you for any help!
