Hello Dear,
Diffuse axonal injury is a traumatic brain injury due to severs trauma . The damage occurs over a more widespread area. There are extensive lesions in white matter and disruption of axons. It is very common in frontal and tempral lobes. The headcahe and disturbed vision may be due to frontal lobe trauma and incresaed intra cranial pressure due to odema. You should consult a neurologist for its treatment.
