According to a government website concerning this sort of thing, while it depends on how bad the overdose was, any coma, and so forth, normally a person has full recovery with no complications, other than the liver might suffer from the overload.  Your dizziness and tremors are probably because of being so knocked out for so long, and also just being in the hospital for a while can weaken a person.  You should gradually eat more and more, lots of different foods, drink some V-8 perhaps, and get you some protein via eggs or whatever you like, and start with short easy walks in the neighborhood, and eventually get yourself back in good physical condition.  The stronger you get, the less likely those symptoms should bother you.  But by all means, visit your regular physician for close followup for a couple times over the next few weeks, so he can keep an eye on your blood pressure and general health.  Sorry you had that experience.  If it's any help, I lay the day's worth of my different pills out in a little saucer, so there's no chance of making a mistake, or if you keep your stuff in something small like a medicine cabinet, you can put a little jar in there and accomplish the same thing.  If this was an on-purpose thing, you should forthwith visit a mental health clinic and visit a psychologist there for several sessions a week for the next month or so, so you'll understand better how come this happened, so you won't do it again.  Hang in, you'll be okay, and I'm glad you made it through.
