disc protrusion

I was wondering what symptoms could be caused from a small central disc protrusion at c5-c6 without stenosis, and a a broad based disc protrusion at c4-c5 with mild left foraminal stenosis. It also says there is a mild element of disc space desiccation at c3-c4 with no underlying stenosis. I had some MRI's done and theses were some of the findings, however i have a lot of PAIN and stuff going on and just want to know what theses disc protrusions could be responsible for.
The pain started due to a car accident I was in when i was 30 weeks pregnant. A lady ran a red light and smashed into the side of my SUV spinning it around only then to hit the median and jerk it the other way. That happened June 5th of this year and I was completely fine until then now I'm in so much pain that i don't think i can take it anymore.

I also have bulging disks and cervical spinal stinosis.....I have another dx, so I am not doing any PT for the disk issue....did u try PT?
