I am a 33 year old femaleCondoms Female condoms Female sexual dysfunction. 6 weeks ago, I fell and dislocated my coccyxTailbone (coccyx) Tailbone trauma. I am in alot of pain and am worried that my doctor should have manipulated it back into place. (my injury is at the top of my tail bone causing my whole tail bone to move inwards at a right angle.) Any suggestions?
If you are having pain while having a BM this in itself can cause constipation. The addition of pain medication can exacerbate it.
To help ease the pain during BM make sure you are getting the required fiber amounts daily and drink plenty of water.
Be careful constipation can cause diverticulitis along with several other gastrointestinal disorders.
