dissociative symptoms

I am a 31 yr old male with a 3.5 cm left supraorbital fibrous dysplasia bone tumor. It's adjectent to the frontal sinus and sits on the orbital roof with some relatively mild brain contact (not life threatening, do not require surgery).. I have headaches and pressure in my head, but the tumor is entirely stable. I also have been diagnosed with depersonalization/derealization disorders which is chronic and never ending and is extraordinarily disabling to me for 3 years. It has also been investigated with an EEG which was essentially normal. Is there any possible way you could make a connection between the skull lesion and the psychological symptoms? No? Yes? How can I better treat this, because my psychiatrist says it's very hard to treat
