Indications of head injury
Radial head injury still and move my gaze to the left and right. It does not occur when I gaze up and down. The dizziness also occurs just sitting or walking. I also feel occasional
numbnessNumbness and tingling (pins and needles feeling) in my feet. I almost fainted
twiceTwice-a-day this morning, felt slighly nauseous and experienced tingly sensations in my arms and legs. I am scared.
I have had an
ECGEcg
Electrocardiogram (ecg)
Exercise stress test
Post myocardial infarction ecg wave tracings, blood work, and a hearing test which were all normal. A scope introduced through the nose revealed no problems with inner ears. I tried to have an MRI but couldn’t because of claustrophobia.
In addition, in June, I experienced an avg of 80 PVC’s/hour (shown by Holter monitor) but the PVC’s stopped suddenly after 3 weeks. Could this dizziness be a heart problem even though the ECG was normal and the PVC’s have completely disappeared?
I am presently taking Wellbutrin SL for depression, Ortho Cyclen for dysmenorrhea, Claritin, and now meclizine to help with the dizziness. I smoke ½ PPD and drink a mod. amount of alcohol, but stopped for the last week because of the drugs prescribed possibly interacting. Any suggestions of what this might be?
One of the problems with diabetes, even diet controlled diabetes is that long term subtle changes in the sugar level can lead to symptoms as you describe. One way of telling if your diabetes is truely being in control by your diet is to have a hemoglobin A1c level checked. If it is above 10 then your diabetes is not in control, and you may need oral hyperglycemic agents.
