dizzy only when laying down

by hipgrannyonlake, Aug 12, 2009 04:33AM
I have been in remission from MS for many years with a new  critical exacerbation six months ago.  Also had cervical disc replacement 13 months ago and a fall  after the surgery that ruptured four other thorasic and lumbar discs and a diagnosis of pagets diease.  In the last eight weeks I have had a constant pencil (eraser size) pain in the L top of head and severe dizziness (of the room) when I lay down only.  It lasts only less than a minute and turning my head makes no difference.
