do haemangioma's cause pain

For many years I have suffered neurological symptoms, and in 1997 I was diagnosed with MS following many investigations including MRI which was reported as showing demylination in thoracic spine. For the next 10years I had 'relapses' lasting up to 3months but continued to work. In 2007 I developed bilateral tingling/altered sensation in my hands and feet, previously my symptoms had been predominately on my left side. This did not resolve after a month of rest and so was seen by local neurologist. MRI spine was repeated, there were no signs of  demylination but an haemangioma at T6. Since then I have been repeatedly told that haemangioma's do not cause symptoms and therefore my problems must be psychological. The diagnosis of MS has since been retracted, the 'demylination' is apparently nothing more than an abnormally large spinal cord canal. Recently the pain in my spine has become suddenly acute, MRI showed another haemangioma at T12 and disc bulges at C4,5 & 6. I have weakness in my arms, pain is increased with use of arms and being in upright position. My GP seems to be content just to control my symptoms, including giving me morphine for the pain, increasing the dose as needed. I am too young to be left disabled without any treatment options even being discussed, I have not worked since 2007 which disturbs me. Can you suggest what I should do next? I did see a neurosurgeon privately in 2007 as I just wanted to get back to work, this led to me being tested for Von heppel-lindau symdrome which was negative. Maany thanks for your time
