do i have ms

I went to the emergency room from work since I was having a horrible migraine headache, dizziness, numbness in my face, neck and left arm.  I was given a chest x-ray, ct scan of the brain, ultra sound of my left arm and a contract mri of my brain.  The er doctor stated they found several lesions on my brain in the cortex area and that I might have lyme disease, migraines with tia/ mini strokes or ms.  A neurologist came in and show me the mri report.  Each layer of the mri showed about 8-9 lesions total.  He stated he will be doing testing on me the next day.  I have had several blood workups, nerve testing with electrodes, needles.  I go back for more blood work on Monday.  I also was put on predisone, baby aspirin and aggrenox.  The numbness is still present in my arm neck and face area but the headache has subsided.  Does it sound like I could have MS?  Thanks.
