pressure in head dizziness every time stand or climb stairs even slowly I get shortness of breath pounding heart blurred vision cant see feel like I am gunna drop  I have ongoing and worsening vision problems always had great vision growing up constant pain in back and sides under ribs pelvic pain stomach pain chest pain i've been told I have asthma then tested negative in further tests. anxiety migraines low iron low blood pressure but then been told I am fine just need to eat more iron rich foods had a c section a year ago and ever since then the pressure in my head and dizziness is so bad my vision and sensitivity to light has gotten worse and worse cant figure out what is wrong with me
